This Credit Voucher will be redeemed in U.S. currency by The Beacon Journal Company at such time as is possible depending primarily upon the removal of the bank deposit withdrawal restrictions imposed by the Ohio State Legislature February 27, 1933. The amount of this Credit Voucher will be redeemed by The Beacon Journal Company in the account of any advertiser to The Beacon Journal when properly endorsed by said advertiser who elects to accept it in exchange for trade purchases made by the holder. |
