| Description | Postcard of United Brethren Church located on Third Street in Barberton, Ohio. The church began in 1890 in the village of New Portage, presently north Barberton. This building was completed in 1892 and still stands overlooking Lake Anna. In 1968, the church became known as Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in honor of prominent local businessman and generous benefactor, A. A. Moore. In recent years, the congregation merged with St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Barberton located on Wooster Road North. |
