Hoover To Retire
Warner Will Head Goodrich Chemical
Harry B. Warner, 43, will become president of the B. F. Goodrich Chemical Co. on May 1.
He will succeed John R. Hoover, president since 1951. Hoover will retire April 30 after 35 years with the company.

With the parent company sine 1939. He has been vice president in charge of marketing of the B. F. Goodrich Chemical Co. since Oct. 1, 1958.
WARNER ALSO has served as vice president in charge of development and in other manufacturing, engineering and field assignments in the United States and overseas. Thomas B. Nantz, vice president in charge of manufacturing, will take over Warner's old post and Robert D. Scott, vice president in charge of development, will become vice president in charge of manufacturing and development.
